Booked space for a tent and after we checked in and set it up (about 15 minutes into it) our zipper broke completley and then it started pouring with horrible winds. We quickly ran to the desk to ask for any type of refund or if they had other space and they hardly spoke to us. The manager wouldn't even look at us. We were told too bad being expected to sleep in a storm with no door! We had no reception.. not to mention it was my birthday and we weren't treated with any respect! Do not waste your time here money hungry arrogant people.
